Refund Policy

The decision to offer refunds is made by the venue or promoter. Kueue assumes no responsibility for making this decision and will not be responsible for issuing refunds. However, if a refund is granted, Kueue will process the refund for tickets sold through our website, call centers, and ticket outlets. Please note that delivery charges and certain other fees related to the ticket order are non-refundable.

Cancellations, Postponements, and Artist/Venue Changes

Occasionally, events may be canceled by the promoter, team, band, or venue. In such cases, if you purchased tickets online or by phone, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange for the event. Please note that delivery and order processing fees are non-refundable.
