Each ticket you purchase grants you a license to attend the specified event and is subject to additional terms outlined on the ticket itself.

1. Currency

All ticket prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds. For international transactions, prices may be converted to USD or other applicable currencies based on the exchange rate at the time of purchase. Payment will be processed in the currency selected during checkout.

3. Who You Are Buying From

Kueue acts as a ticketing agent for event organizers, including venues, teams, artists, promoters, and leagues. When you purchase a ticket, Kueue facilitates the transaction and collects payment on behalf of the event provider.

4. Pricing and Availability

Ticket prices and seat availability are set by the event providers and are subject to change. Popular events may sell out quickly due to high demand. Additional tickets may be released closer to the event date at the discretion of the event organizer. Kueue does not control inventory or availability.

5. Order Confirmation

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via email or on the website. If you do not receive a confirmation, it is your responsibility to contact our Customer Support to verify the status of your order. Kueue is not liable for losses incurred due to assumptions about unconfirmed orders.

6. Handling Charges

A non-refundable handling fee may be added to your order for online, phone, or retail purchases. Additional delivery fees apply if you choose physical delivery of your tickets.

7. Ticket Limits

To prevent unfair ticket-buying practices, Kueue enforces limits on the number of tickets per customer for each event. The specific limit will be displayed on the event page and verified during your transaction. Orders exceeding the limit may be canceled without notice.

8. Canceled or Postponed Events

• Canceled Events: If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, you will be eligible for a refund or credit as determined by the event provider.

• Postponed Events: For postponed events, your tickets remain valid for the new date. Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the event provider’s policies.

9. Refunds and Exchanges

All ticket sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are only available for canceled events. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

10. Billing Information Verification

Orders are processed only after billing information is verified. If discrepancies arise, we will attempt to contact you using the details provided during checkout. Failure to resolve billing issues promptly may result in order cancellation.

11. Delivery Options

Tickets can be delivered via:

• Will Call: Pick up at the venue box office.

• Physical Delivery: Mailed to your address (additional fees may apply).

12. Pricing and Errors

If a ticket price is incorrect due to an error or technical issue, Kueue reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed.

13. Limitations of Liability

Event attendance carries inherent risks, such as potential injury due to crowd behavior or activities at the event. By purchasing tickets through Kueue, you assume all associated risks and waive any claims against Kueue or the event organizer.

14. Event Rules and Conduct

• License to Attend: A ticket is a revocable license to attend the event. The event organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or eject attendees for violating rules or engaging in inappropriate behavior.

• No Recording: Unauthorized recording or transmission of the event is prohibited.

• Search Policies: Venues may conduct searches for security reasons. Refusal to comply may result in denial of entry without a refund.

15. Prohibited Resale and Commercial Use

Tickets purchased through Kueue cannot be resold for profit or used for commercial purposes (e.g., promotions, sweepstakes) without prior authorization from Kueue and the event organizer. Violations may result in ticket cancellation without refund.

16. Changes to this Policy

Kueue reserves the right to update this Purchase Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
